Rounded Steel Tubing End Caps

Adding tubing end caps provides a polished finish to any off-road rig. These roll bar end caps ensure clean and professional-looking tubing ends, making them perfect for roll bars, off-road bumpers, roll cages, or custom tubing projects. Each end cap is CNC-machined from 1018 steel sourced from American suppliers and features a weld chamfer for a finished appearance. These weld-on end caps are ideal for tube buggies, rock bouncers, jeeps, and side-by-sides.
The rounded end caps are designed to fit inside 1.50″, 1.75″, or 2.00″ OD tubing, depending on the selected size, and have a .120 wall thickness. Each end cap measures .185" inside the tube to facilitate alignment and ease of welding.
