The Polaris RZR 1000 weld-in bungs are ideal for DIY roll cage builders. Reproduced from stock RZR bungs using 1018 steel, these bungs are CNC machined for a precise fit. They are compatible with 1.75″ outside diameter tubing, available in .095″ or .120″ wall thickness options. Builders can use their stock bolts with these bungs, which are manufactured to tight tolerances to ensure a secure fit.
