AJK Offroad SHORT FLAT TUBING DISCONNECTS

AJK Offroad's short off-road tubing disconnects are ideal for SXS bumpers, roll cages, and removable racks. These flat disconnects also offer protection for engines and other crucial components of off-road rigs. Suitable for a variety of off-road vehicles, including UTVs, Jeeps, tube buggies, and side-by-sides, they provide versatile functionality.

The tubing disconnects can be mounted close to other components, with both bolts starting from the same direction. They feature two 3/8-16 SHCS to secure the two pieces together, while the 1″ disconnects use only one bolt. Their compact design allows for welding near tube bends.

Each disconnect includes a large weld chamfer for ease of welding and an extended end for proper alignment within the tubing. These disconnects are CNC-machined in-house from 1018 steel.
